                  ( 4)上游水电站建设运行对水文情势有不同程度的影响,水文情势变化总体属高度改变,非汛期
              所受影响程度比汛期更大。干旱季节的径流变化较大,除受到上游水电站影响外,气温的增温效应导
              致冰川融雪的补给量增加也在影响雅鲁藏布江的年内径流分配,但这种变化还需相关的资料和分析去
              验证。
