在“碳达峰?碳中和”目标的背景下,国内大型机组不可避免地需要承担从基荷运行转向调荷模式的任务,这导致了启停次数显著增加以及长期处于不稳定运行状态等问题。尽管现有研究表明转轮的疲劳寿命显著受到机组运行状态的影响,但针对大型机组在启停、空转及变负荷条件下转轮应力的计算研究仍然相对匮乏。为研究大型机组在复杂工况下的转轮应力变化,本文以乌东德水电站为例,通过CFD方法分析大型混流式机组在不同运行条件下的转轮内流动特性及其应力强度。研究结果揭示了机组在现有运行条件下的理论寿命期限。 |

In the context of the goal of ‘carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’, domestic large units inevitably need to undertake the task of shifting from based-load operation to load adjustment mode, which leads to a significant increase in the number of start-stop times and long-term unstable operation conditions. Although the existing studies show that the fatigue life of the runner is significantly affected by the running state of the unit, the calculation of the runner stress of large units under the conditions of start-stop, idling and variable load is still relatively scarce. In order to study the variation of runner stress of a large unit under complex working conditions, this paper takes Wudongde Hydropower Station as an example to analyze the flow characteristics and stress intensity of the runner of a large mixed-flow unit under different operating conditions by CFD method. The research results reveal the theoretical life span of the Wudonde unit under the current operating conditions. |
