| 在区域水利史研究中台州温黄平原是需要填补的空白。论文基于宋元方志、明清地方志、近现代水利家胡步川的日记和著述,以及当代水利志等史料,理清了温黄平原区域水利发展脉络。研究指出：温黄平原从9世纪以前的斥卤泽国演变为浙南粮仓,上千年的历史时期区域水利的发展与之同步。通过对比分析,论文评价了相应阶段的区域水利所达到的历史高度。研究结论指出：温黄平原是以拒咸蓄淡工程为特点的古代水利区,经历了筑埭开官河,进而官河建石闸群的发展阶段。20世纪30年代中国工程师首次主导了新金清闸和西江闸两座现代大型水闸的建设,实现传统水利向现代水利变革。温黄平原的石闸群遗址和至今仍在运行的两江闸是区域乃至中国历史的重要见证,具有重要的文化和技术价值。 |

| The WenHuang Plain in Taizhou is still a gap to study the regional water conservancy history. Based on historical materials, such as local chronicles of the Song and Yuan dynasties, local chronicles of the Ming and Qing dynasties, diaries and writings of the modern water conservancy expert Hu Buchuan, and contemporary water conservancy chronicles, we studied the origin and development of regional water conservancy over the past thousand years. This area has evolved from the Swamp land before the 9th century to a granary in southern Zhejiang, and the development of regional water conservancy has been synchronized with it for thousand of years. Results showed that the WenHuang Plain is an ancient water conservancy area characterized by projects for salt rejection and fresh-water storage. These projects had gone through the development stage of opening the Guanhe River and building dams, then building stone gates on the Guanhe River. In the 1930s, Jinqinggang Dam and Xijiang Dam (i.e., two-river gates) were built, achieving a transformation from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy. The stone gate group ruins in the Wenhuang Plain and the two-river gates in use are important witnesses of regional history and even Chinese history, with significant cultural and technological values. |
