表面涂层防护技术是提高混凝土结构耐久性最有效的方法,混凝土基材修复质量直接影响涂层防护体系的安全和稳定。本文针对混凝土微缺陷修复及气孔封闭的需要,开发了混凝土表面薄层修复材料YEP环氧腻子,测试其力学性能、粘接性能、热相容性、潮湿面粘接及抗流坠性能等关键指标,研究与表面聚脲防护涂层材料的粘接可靠性,并开展现场应用试验。结果表明,YEP环氧腻子综合性能优异,环境条件适应性强,与表层防护涂层配伍性出色,现场施工操作性能出色,防护效果良好。 |

Surface coating protection technology is the most effective method to improve the durability of concrete structures, and the quality of concrete substrate repair directly affects the safety and stability of the coating protection system. In response to the needs of micro-defect repair and pore sealing in concrete surface protection, this paper develops YEP epoxy repair putty, a thin-layer repair material for concrete surface, and studies its mechanical properties, adhesion properties, thermal compatibility, wet surface adhesion and key indicators such as anti-falling performance, as well as the adhesion reliability with surface polyurea protective coating materials, and on this basis, field application experiments were carried out. The results show that YEP epoxy repair putty has good comprehensive performance, strong adaptability to environmental conditions, excellent compatibility with surface protective coating, excellent on-site construction operation performance, and good protection effect. |
