汛期受大坝泄洪影响,升船机塔柱结构会产生明显的振动响应。本文利用汛期监测得到的某升船机塔柱振动响应数据进行分析,研究发现汛期泄洪对升船机区域产生的气压脉动激励的卓越频带为0.3Hz~11Hz,主要呈现为2 Hz以下低频窄带随机响应特征;模态分析表明该升船机塔柱结构的前两阶固有模态振型主要体现为塔柱结构的横河向水平晃动(0.96Hz)和顺河向水平晃动(2.92Hz);由于泄洪产生的气压脉动激励能量主频主要分布在低频段,可激起升船机塔柱结构的低阶模态特性,使升船机塔柱结构产生低频振动响应;不同泄洪工况下的数据统计对比表明,泄洪闸门调度方式调整对泄洪气压脉动特征会产生明显影响,利用泄洪闸门调度可改变泄洪对升船机塔柱结构的振动影响。 |

Affected by the flood discharge of the dam during the flood season, the tower structure of the ship lift will produce obvious vibration response. In this paper, the vibration response data of a ship lift tower obtained by flood season monitoring are analyzed. It is found that the predominant frequency band of the pressure pulsation excitation in the ship lift area caused by flood discharge in the flood season is 0.3 Hz ~ 11 Hz, which is mainly characterized by low-frequency and narrow-band random response below 2 Hz. The modal analysis shows that the first two natural modal shapes of the ship lift tower structure are mainly reflected in the horizontal sloshing of the tower structure ( 0.96Hz ) and the horizontal sloshing along the river ( 2.92Hz ). Since the main frequency of the pressure pulsation excitation energy generated by the flood discharge is mainly distributed in the low frequency band, the low-order modal characteristics of the ship lift tower structure can be excited, so that the ship lift tower structure generates low-frequency vibration response. The statistical comparison of data under different flood discharge conditions shows that the adjustment of flood discharge gate dispatching mode will have a significant impact on the characteristics of flood discharge pressure pulsation. The use of flood discharge gate dispatching can change the vibration effect of flood discharge on the tower structure of ship lift. |
