      智慧水利是水利行业现代化的重要标志和新阶段水利高质量发展的重要实施路径。落实智慧水利总体方案,有序推进水利“新基建”,构建面向未来的水利基础设施体系是贯彻党中央关于“十四五”发展的决策部署的关键之举。本文提出了以自然水系数字化(Digitalization)、水利工程智能化(Intelligentialization)、水利管控智慧化(Smartening)为主要内容的智慧水利DIS体系构建思路,并结合不同的应用场景展望了DIS体系建设的关键技术。
英文摘要:
      Smart water project (SWP) plays an important role in sectors of water resources. SWP is an important implementation path for high-quality water conservancy development in the new stage. The implementation of the overall plan of SWP, as well as the promotion of "new infrastructure" in hydraulic engineering, are two main pivot points to construct the water-based infrastructure systems in the future. They are also the key actions to carry out the CCP Central Committee's decision-making and deployment on the development of the 14th Five-Year Plan. This paper put forward the idea of constructing DIS-ware for smart water project, including the digitalization of natural water system, intelligentialization of water infrastructures and smartening the water resource management. The key technologies of DIS-ware were discussed considering different application scenarios.
