介绍了某道路沥青混合料配合比设计要求及配合比设计过程, 总结出当驼峰骨料给目标配合比带来困难而工程区附近又没有其他可供选择的料源时, 可以考虑通过改装拌和楼来改善骨料级配。通过大量试验, 给出了粘结层AC- 20 型和磨耗层AC- 14 型沥青混合料的合成级配曲线及最佳沥青含量, 这对类似工程具有重要的参考价值。试验还证明, 对于酸性骨料, 在矿料中加入一定比例的水泥可以增强沥青混合料的水稳定性, 同时也改善了沥青混合料的力学性能。利用美国ASTM D4867 标准检测沥青混合料的水损害, 方法既简便又切合实际, 值得推广。 |

This paper introduces the requirements and procedures for a kind of road asphalt concrete mix deisgn. If hump-type of aggregate gradat ion make the laboratory mix design difficult and there is no another sources of aggregate to be selected nearby, the problem can be solved by means of modifying the asphalt mixing plant . After a series of tests, it can determine an appropriate blend of aggregate and opt imized asphalt content with binder AC-20 and wearing course AC-14. By adding a proper portion of Portland cement, it can increase the moisture stability and improve the mechanical properties of the mixture if acid aggregate to be used. The American test method of ASTM D4867 is recommended to check the effect of water on tensile strength of the paving mixture. |
