      崩岸险情严重危害堤防工程, 因此研究其治理方法有着重要的现实意义。本文概述了崩岸的成因及一般的整治方法, 阐述了长江中下游3 个崩岸治理试验工程采用的新措施、新材料及施工新工艺。试验工程设计与施工的实践说明, 将带锚桩的钢筋混凝土框架梁等水上护坡结构与水下模袋排体通过锚定沟连接成一个抗滑的整体是新型护岸工程设计的关键, 护岸工程的排渗与稳定计算是试验工程的设计要点; 采取垫土工布抛石在长江上是可行的, 其经济技术指标明显好于我国以往的抛石护岸方法; 岸坡上充灌再向水下拖拉铺排的施工方法解决了新技术的水下施工问题。试验工程所取得的成果与经验在崩岸治理中有推广与应用价值。

      Bank collapse would cause serious damage to levee structures, so it is very important to carry out research on levee bank collapse treatment. In this paper, the sources of bank collapse and the general measures for its treatment were reviewed. Some new engineering measures, new materials and new construct ion methods were introduced. All these had been firstly adopted at the three pilot projects in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. In the practice of design and implementation of the three projects, it was proved that the key point for the new treatment was to connect the framed beams anchoring piles above the water level with the cellular fabric forms filled with sand below the water level by means of an anchoring ditch. The critical point was the design of blind drainage system and stability for the strctures as a whole. The measure of riprap placed above geotextile, which worked well in the projects in the Yangtze River, was an improvement of the traditional method of riprap. A new method of filling cellular fabric forms above the water level and pulling them into water was employed with full success. The achievements and experiences gained from the three pilot projects were proved to be effective and worthy for levee bank collapse treatment .
