| 大规模淤地坝建设是一项非常浩大和复杂的工程, 为科学合理地规划、设计和建设淤地坝, 保证其安全运行和工程效益的发挥, 避免和解决过去淤地坝建设中存在的一些问题, 本文提出了新时期在黄土高原建设生态型、节水型和可持续发展型淤地坝的技术思想, 就坝系相对稳定、淤地坝洪水设计标准和不达标淤地坝的处理标准、淤地坝随淤随用、提高竖井排洪能力、岸边溢洪道、土坝过水和水坠坝的快速施工等技术问题进行了探讨, 并提出了具体的技术措施。 |

| In this paper, the authors put forward a technical idea about applying check-dams of ecotype, water saving type and for sustainable development in the Loess Plateau in the modern time. In order to plan, design and construct check-dams scientifically and reasonably, aiming at ensuring safe operation and benefits exploitation of projects and solving some problems happened in the past check-dams construction, investigations were made on the following technical issues: relative stability of check-dam system, flood protection standards, treatment of existing check-dams below design standard, silted land utilization in the process of siltation, increasing flood passage capacity of vertical shafts, side spillway and earth dam overtopping problems, fast construction of sluicing-siltat ion earth dam etc. Proposals ware also made on some detailed technical measures. |
