      哈建屯贮灰场投入运行32年后灰坝坝体出现大塌陷,而且排水系统排水管出水浑浊。为分析坝体塌陷及排水管出水浑浊的原因,通过坝体无损检测、管道检测机器人及数值模拟计算分析,得出坝体塌陷的主要原因是排水管道接头出现损坏,造成坝体灰渣渗漏,导致坝体塌陷,并分析了坝体塌陷发生后坝体的稳定性。结合贮灰场实际情况,并从方便施工的角度出发,经比较本次排水管修复方案为排水管内衬PE管道,并采用压力灌注水泥浆的方式将PE管道与原排水管间的缝隙灌满;坝体塌陷修复为采用压力灌注灰渣浆,对应急砂袋周围进行填筑,使塌陷坑填筑达到标准,然后修复坝体及排水褥垫。本文也可为其它灰坝的类似缺陷修复设计提供参考。

      After 32 years of operation of Hajiantun ash storage yard,the dam body of the ash dam collapses greatly, and the effluent of the drainage pipe of the drainage system is turbid. In order to analyze the causes of the dam collapse and the turbidity of the drainage pipe, the stability of the dam body after the occurrence of the dam collapse is discussed through the non-destructive testing, detecting robot of pipe and the numerical simulation calculation, and it is determined that the main cause of the dam collapse is the damage of the drainage pipeline, which causes the ash leakage of the dam body and leads to the dam collapse. Combined with the actual situation of the ash storage yard and from the perspective of convenient construction, through comparison of multiple schemes, the drainage pipe repair scheme is that the drainage pipe is lined with steel casing, and the gap between the steel pipe and the original drainage pipe is filled with pressure grouting cement slurry. The scheme of dam collapse restoration is to fill the surrounding area of emergency bagged sand with pressure grouting ash slurry to make the collapse pit filling meet the standard, and then repair the dam body and drainage cushion. In addition, this collapse treatment scheme can also provide reference for the design of other ash dam restoration schemes.
