      大口径长距离输水管道是当前水资源调配的主要手段,在保证水质、管材及线路选择、施工灵活性等方面相对于渠道输水有着较大优势。长输管道工程中管材的选择对工程的运行安全和工程造价至关重要。本文详细分析了钢管、预应力钢筒混凝土管等管材特点,基于层次分析法理论(AHP),建立了长距离输水工程管材适应性评价指标体系,以新疆某长距离输水管道工程为实例,针对钢管、球墨铸铁管、预应力混凝土钢筒混凝土、PVC管等不同管材的适应性进行评价,对比分析最终确定了管道最优选取方案。该方法能科学的评价管材适应性,对于长距离输水工程管材选型设计具有重要的工程应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Large-diameter and long-distance water pipelines are the main means of current water resource allocation. They have great advantages over water transmission by channel in terms of ensuring water quality,pipe material and line selection,and construction flexibility. The selection of pipe materials in long-distance pipeline projects is very important to the safety of the project and the cost of the project. This paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of pipes such as steel pipes and prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a long-distance water transmission project pipe adaptability evaluation index system is established, taking a long-distance water transmission pipeline project in Xinjiang as an example. According to the applicability of different pipe materials such as steel pipe, ductile iron pipe,prestressed concrete steel cylinder concrete,PVC pipe,etc.,the comparative analysis finally determined the optimal pipeline selection scheme. This method can scientifically evaluate the adaptability of pipes and has important engineering application value for the selection and design of pipes for long-distance water transmission projects.
