      内蒙古自治区通辽市科尔沁区近年来完成100万亩农田由传统地面灌(管灌)转为浅埋滴灌的高效节水工程建设和改造。本文根据该工程实施2年来的实地调研和2010—2019年地下水观测资料,以常规管灌为对照,采用层次分析法,从节水、经济和生态等方面对浅埋滴灌技术和高效节水工程进行综合效益评价,并对地下水埋深的变化情况及影响进行了分析。研究结果表明,2018年和2019年浅埋滴灌技术比管灌技术分别节水41.83%和37.66%,灌溉水生产率提高1倍以上,净收益增加51.96%和49.88%。地下水水位监测数据对比可知,地下水埋深下降速率由工程实施前0.36 m/a下降至0.24 m/a,浅埋滴灌工程实施能明显减缓地下水埋深下降速率。浅埋滴灌技术的综合效益均高于管灌,可在本地区或者相似区域推广应用。

      Due to the stresses of low agricultural irrigation efficiency and excessive groundwater abstraction, the Shallow Covered Drip Irrigation Project was completed,which has replaced the traditional surface irrigation (pipe irrigation) in 1 million mu farmland in recent years, in Keerqin District of Tongliao City, inner Mongolia. It also can resolve the problem of residual film pollution caused by mulched drip irrigation. Typical field surveys have been carried out for 2 years since the project was implemented, and the groundwater depth data come from the monitoring system during the period of 2010 to 2019. Then the comprehensive benefits of shallow covered drip irrigation project and its impact on groundwater dynamic change in corn field were analyzed and evaluated with the comparison of traditional pipe irrigation. The survey results show that water-saving is 41.83% and 37.66%,net income increases by 51.96% and 49.88%,and irrigation water use efficiency increases doubly compared with pipe irrigation in 2018 and 2019, respectively. According to the groundwater data monitored,the decline rate of groundwater depth is reduced from 0.36m/a to 0.24m/a after the implementation of the project. The Shallow Covered Drip Irrigation Project can reduce the decline rate of groundwater depth significantly. The comprehensive benefits of shallow covered drip irrigation technology are higher than pipe irrigation,and can be promoted and applied in this area or other similar region.
