      盾构设备的研制和应用技术基本可反映国家生产力水平。本文总结了盾构及盾构施工关键技术和再利用的发展和现状。指出了我国在该领域的两种实际状况:(1)盾构适应性设计存在较大提升空间,其中的系统集成、关键零配件等领域主要依赖进口;(2)盾构在国内应用领域存在着隧道开挖直径不规范、标段划分不合理等人为因素,从而降低了盾构施工的经济和社会效益。这些总结可为我国盾构及其施工技术的健康有序发展提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The development and application of shield equipment can basically reflect the productivity level of a country. This paper summarizes the development and current situation of the key technology and reuse of shield and shield construction. It points out two actual conditions in China in this field:1) There is a large room for improvement in shield adaptive design, in which system integration, key parts and other fields mainly rely on imports; 2) Human factors such as irregular tunnel excavation diameters and irratio-nal bidding divisions in the domestic application of shield tunnels have reduced the economic and social benefits of shield construction. These conclusions can provide a reference for the healthy and orderly devel-opment of shield and its construction technology in China.
