      本文结合新疆某在建碾压式沥青混凝土心墙坝工程,通过室内试验进行了心墙沥青混凝土细骨料全部使用天然砂和人工砂的性能对比分析。结果表明,在相同配合比下,两种细骨料制备的心墙沥青混凝土各项性能均能满足规范要求;表面光滑的天然砂与沥青作用后形成了较多的自由沥青,力学性能略低于人工砂,但可有效改善沥青混凝土拌和物和易性,提升心墙沥青混凝土适应变形的能力;由于坝址区天然砂储量丰富,可就地取材方便施工,并能节省工程造价。因此,选择天然砂作为该工程心墙沥青混凝土的细骨料是合适的。
英文摘要:
      Combined with a RCC bituminous concrete core dam project in Xinjiang province, the performance of core bituminous concrete fine aggregate using natural sand and artificial sand is compared and analyzed through laboratory tests. The results show that the properties of bituminous concrete prepared by two kinds of fine aggregate can meet the specification requirements under the same mix ratio. After smooth surface natural sand interacts with asphalt, more free asphalt is formed, and its mechanical properties are slightly lower than those of artificial sand. However, it can effectively improve the workability of asphalt concrete mixture and enhance the ability of asphalt concrete to adapt to deformation of core wall. Due to the abundant natural sand reserves in the dam site area, it is convenient to use local materials for construction so as to save project cost. Therefore, it is appropriate to choose natural sand as the fine aggregate of asphalt concrete for the core wall of the project.
