论文采用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)对2003-2017年间山东省水环境质量与经济增长之间的关系进行研究,并结合弹性系数理论评价典型污染物的治理效果。结果表明:山东省水环境污染与经济发展之间存在着显著的相关性,工业化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮排放量的EKC曲线均表现出下降趋势。工业废水排放量的EKC曲线呈明显的倒"U"型,研究时段内,工业废水排放量已过峰值,其后随人均GDP的增长而降低。生活废水及生活COD、氨氮的排放量随着经济的发展持续上涨。此外,在废水排放量的控制效果及污染物的治理效果方面工业均优于生活。由此可见,山东省的工业污染物排放与经济发展之间的关系逐渐趋于协调,生活污染物排放与经济发展之间仍未实现协调发展;生活污染物排放已逐渐成为山东省流域内主要的污染源之一,对未来山东省的经济发展和水生态安全可能构成潜在威胁。 |

The relationship between water environment quality and economic development in Shandong from 2003 to 2017 was analyzed based on the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC). Moreover, the treatment effects of typical pollutants were assessed using the elasticity coefficient theory in this paper. Results show that a significant correlation exists between water environment pollution and economic development in Shandong. The EKC of industrial COD and industrial NH3-N shows the downward trend. Meanwhile, the EKC of industrial wastewater emissions shows an inverted-U-shaped curve, which crosses the peak point and gradually decreases with economic development. However, the EKCs of domestic wastewater emissions, domestic COD, and domestic NH3-N all keep increasing trends. In addition, the treatment effects of industrial pollutants are generally better than that of domestic pollutants. It is concluded that the relationship between industrial pollutant emissions and economic development has gradually become more coordinated, and the relationship between domestic pollutant emissions and economic development has not yet achieved coordination development. Overall, the domestic pollutant emissions have become one of the major sources of water pollution, which may pose a potential threat to the economic development and water ecological security in Shandong. |
