      本文简要回顾了国内外强震动监测的发展历史,研究了利用物联网的大坝强震动监测的方法和实施技术,提出了基于大坝强震动监测数据进行震损快速评估的理念与方法。对三峡重力坝段进行了动力模型试验,研究了大坝在不同烈度地震作用下,大坝的损伤发展过程,为三峡大坝基于强震动监测数据进行震损快速评估提供了量化指标。本文建议依据强震动监测技术规范尽快建设和完善重要大坝的强震动监测系统,利用物联网技术对已有强震动监测设备进行管理(特别是梯级高坝大库),保证其有效、专业化运行。本文还对重要大坝进行了极限地震作用下不溃坝研究,通过大坝动力破坏模型试验得到震损的定量化指标,初步建立震损评估专家系统。一旦发生地震,对监测数据进行快速处理,及时做出震损评估并采取相应的应急措施。

      This paper briefly reviews the history of strong earthquake monitoring at home and abroad, and studies the method and implementation technology of dam strong earthquake monitoring using the Internet technology, and puts forward the concept and method of rapid earthquake damage assessment based on dam strong earthquake monitoring data. The dynamic model test has been carried out for the Three Gorges Gravity Dam. The damage development process of the dam under different earthquake intensity is studied, which provides a quantitative index for the rapid assessment of the earthquake damage of the Three Gorges Dam based on the strong vibration monitoring data. This paper suggests that the important dam strong mo-tion monitoring be constructed as soon as possible according to the specification of strong motion safety mon-itoring for hydraulic structures. The existing strong motion monitoring equipment should be fully managed by using the Internet technology to ensure its effective and professional operation. The research on the dam fail-ure under the maximum credible earthquake, including the quantified indexes of earthquake damage should be carried out and the expert system of earthquake damage assessment be established. In the event of an earthquake, the monitoring data should be processed rapidly to make a damage assessment and promptly take emergency measures.
