      风能资源评估是风能开发利用的关键环节之一,它是制定风能规划、风电场选址和风电功率预测的重要基础。本文采用WRF中尺度大气模式对湖南省湘西自治州某风电场区域进行高分辨率数值模拟,模拟时间为2011年5月19日8∶00—5月24日8∶00,采用4层嵌套结构,最内层水平分辨率为1 km×1 km,并将模拟结果中的小时平均风速(10 m、50 m、70 m)、温度和压强与实测数据进行对比分析。研究结果表明,应用WRF模式对复杂地形区域进行值模拟,不但可以对风速、温度和压强进行较好地模拟,还能刻画出复杂地形局地风场特性。为风能资源评估提供了一种可行的评估手段。
英文摘要:
      Wind energy resources assessment is one of the key process as in the exploitation of wind energy. It is the important foundation for wind energy planning,wind farm location and wind power forecast. In this paper,a high-resolution numerical simulation method of a wind farm area in Xiangxi Autonomous,Hunan Province was carried out using the WRF mesoscale atmospheric model. The simulation ranges from 8:00 a.m. on May 19,2007 to 8:00 p.m. on May 24,2007 with 4 layers of nested structure,and the inner-most horizontal resolution is 1kmx 1km.The wind speed(10m, 50m, 70m), temperature and pressure were compared separately with the measured data. The results show that the WRF model will simulate the complex terrain area accurately, which cannot only simulate the wind speed, temperature and pressure well, but also describe the characteristics of complex terrain local wind field. A feasible evaluation method was presented in this paper to evaluate wind energy resources.
