      现有的水利工程施工质量监控成果主要侧重于在运料、拌合等环节的控制,而对施工质量影响最重要的坝面碾压环节在质量控制时进行了大量的简化处理,一定程度上给工程的安全带来隐患。超宽带技术具有成本低、实时性强、自组网通信和超宽带频的特点,特别适用于实时性要求较高的水利工程建设中的坝面碾压质量监控。本文首先从实时性、安全性和经济性三个方面,对超宽带技术在水利工程建设质量监控中的适用性进行了分析,然后介绍了超宽带技术原理及其基站建设原则。最后,以山西守口堡胶凝砂砾石坝建设施工质量监控为例,阐述了在大坝填筑施工现场搭建的超宽带基站及组网布设情况,采用超宽带技术实现对动态作业区碾压车的实时动态跟踪监控,获取坝面碾压过程中碾压遍数、碾压轨迹、碾压方式等关键施工工况信息,为工程质量管理者提供准确判断依据,从而达到施工质量控制的基本目标。

      The existing achievements of water resources project construction quality monitoring control focus mainly on transport, mixing etc. However, in the process of quality control, a lot of simplified treatment on the quality control of roller compaction is carried out. To a certain extent, this situation has brought hidden dangers to the safety of the project. Ultra wideband technology has the characteristics of low cost, strong real-time performance, self-networking communication and ultra wideband frequency, especially suitable for the quality control of dam surface rolling in the construction of water projects with high real-time performance requirements.Firstly, the applicability of UWB technology in the water project construction quality control is analyzed from three aspects of real-time, safety and economy, and then its principle and base station construction principle are introduced. Finally, taking the construction quality control of the ShouKouPu CSG dam in Shanxi as an example, this paper describes the UWB base station and network layout built at the dam filling construction site, using UWB technology to realize real-time dynamic tracking and monitoring of rolling vehicle in dynamic working area, obtain the information of the key construction conditions, such as the number of rolling passes, the track and the rolling method, and provide the accurate judgment basis for the project quality management, in order to achieve the basic goal of construction quality control.
